Who will clean my house?

Perfectly Maid will allocate either a single person or a couple to clean your house and it will always be the same person/people. We don't use sub contractors or employees, so only cleaners who own their own business will be attending to your home. If anything was to change with your cleaner/s we would contact you in advance for your approval and to arrange a meeting with the new person/s.

How do I arrange for the cleaners to get into the house?

As the cleaners will be at your house whilst you are out, they will require a way to get into the house, which usually means giving thema spare key.Keys are kept on a plain key ring with only a first name, suburb and alarm code if required. Your ongoing security is very important to us so we will carefully follow instructions for locking up and securing your home. If you prefer you can arrange a time for the cleaners to start work (if the time is available) whilst you are home and ask the cleaners to lock up if you are not home by the time they are finished. We are very flexible and do understand the concerns you may have.

Are all cleaners security screened?

Yes. All franchisees are required to provide a current police clearance to us on commencement of their business and provide an up to date copy each year.

Can you use my cleaning products?

In some circumstances we are happy to use your cleaning products, if for example you have a timber polish or stainless steel cleaner that you use. Examples of products we wont use are enjo gloves or mitts, dangerous substances, products that we are not familiar with. We suggest that you show us your products at the time of quoting and the manager can let you know if we can use them.
